How the two courses differ | What
is the difference between the two courses?  The
Dyslexia Certificate
Course and the Dyslexia
Parents Course are very similar.
Whilst
the Certificate Course is primarily aimed at teachers, classroom assistants and
homeschooling parents, the Parents Course is written with parents and homeschooling
parents in mind. Students
may choose which course is more suitable for them by checking through the differences

Parents Course | | Content | Almost
the same as the Parents' Course, but a section on how to advise parents is included.
Certificate Course
Outline | Almost
the same as the Certificate Course, but a section on how to start up a local group
for parents with a dyslexic child is included. Parents'
Course Outline | | Assignments | Almost
the same as the Parents' Course but with the option to do five essay-type assignments
instead of Practical Exercises with a child or teenager. | Only
Practical Exercises with a child or teenager are required (15 exercises in all).
